SELECTION NOTICE ERASMUS SCHOLARSHIP + – TEACHERS, ACADEMIC YEAR – 2017-2018

The Faculty of Agronomy within the University of Craiova organizes a new Erasmus + selection for teachers’ mobility, to be held in the second semester. The applications will be evaluated by a faculty committee taking into account the following criteria:
-to be a course leader teacher at the Faculty of Agronomy within the University of Craiova;
-the prioritization of diversification of the accessibility of teachers who are benefiting from scholarships; for mobility (at this criterion, points will be given to those persons who have never benefited from an ERASMUS scholarships / in the last years / in the last year);
-the prioritization of Erasmus agreement holders;
-to present a cover letter in English containing a proposal regarding the Individual Teaching Program (for those who apply for Teaching Mobility) or a provisional program of the estimated activities to be carried out during the period of another type of mobility;
-to present a curriculum vitae in the Euro Pass format, in English;
In addition to the Euro pass CV and the letter of intent, the dossier must have a request containing the following mandatory information: the teaching degree, the length of the teaching, the host university, the traineeship period, internship dates, contact details (telephone, e-mail); if she/ he has previously benefited from scholarships / scholarship mobility, will specify the year (s) and the destination (s) chosen and if the person has made an Erasmus scholarship application in previous years and did not honour it. Optionally, one or two backup options may be added for choosing the host university (if a candidate with a higher score takes the intended place, as the first option).

STUDENTS SELECTION NOTICE -ERASMUS SCHOLARSHIPS + ACADEMIC YEAR – 2017-2018 

The Faculty of Agronomy within the University of Craiova organizes a new Erasmus + selection for study and practical mobility for students to be held in the second semester. Erasmus + scholarships are a unique chance to study a semester or even a year in another European country. Thus, the young students who get these scholarships have the great advantage of speaking a foreign language, making friends and valuable contacts in the field in which they will practice and know from within a new culture. Students going through the Erasmus program cannot stay at the universities abroad less than three months, but no more than 12 months. The choice of the period must allow it to be completed with exams that will be recognized and equalled in Romania, in proportion to the number of credits. Applications will be evaluated by a faculty committee that will determine the students who will benefit from such a scholarship, taking into account the following criteria:Eligibility criteria: to be a Bachelor / Master / PhD student at the Faculty of Agronomy, within the University of Craiova; to be a graduate of, at least, one year of study;   If he or she has received another Erasmus internship, or placements, must not exceed 12 months of mobility / cycle of education; To pass a foreign language test – English / Frenchü General selection criteria: to have good academic results in the previous academic year, to present a cover letter, to present a curriculum vitae in Euro Pass format, in English.ü Thus, the candidate’s file must contain: Curriculum vitae, in Euro Pass format, in English;  School record (this can be obtained from the faculty’ secretariat), Letter of intent in English; Period of submission of files: 20 March – 28 March 2017 Interview support: 29 March 2017 Results: 31 March 2017
